If you get a blank window at the start of the tour, check your Web Browser to see if its Java features are turned On: Go to the Browser's Preferences menu, open the Java tab and make sure the "Enable Java" box is checked.

If you get a program error or lock-up during the tour, try ending the task and restarting the Browser to clear up the Browser cache. If your Browser is not behaving normally then restarting the computer will reset the computer's RAM resources.

Our Java based Virtual Tours are formatted for computer screens set for 1024x768 pixels and True Color (24-bit).  Check these settings in the Control Panel and Display Properties/Settings for your computer. We use the native iPIX Viewer Java Applet & HotMedia Viewer java applet by IBM .

Out  tours are best viewed on a 300 MHz or faster Mac or PC with Broadband Internet connection. However, our images are still accessible by older systems and dial-up connections.  Each spherical panoramic image is about a 200K file download.

You can take over navigational control by placing your cursor on the image and holding down your left mouse button; drag toward the edge of your monitor in the direction you want to move. Up...Down...Left or Right. The further you drag,  the faster the spin!
